Welcome to Rachel Lyn Holistic. By accessing this website and booking any services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Rachel Lyn Holistic offers holistic wellness services that may include (but are not limited to) one-on-one sessions, virtual consultations, coaching, education, and supportive wellness resources. All services are intended to support personal well-being and self-awareness.

Rachel Lyn Holistic does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

2. Eligibility

By booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Booking, Discovery & Payment

New Client Discovery Requirement

All new clients are required to complete a discovery process prior to booking services. This includes:

  • Scheduling a Discovery Call

  • Completing the required intake form

  • Paying a $35 discovery fee, which will be applied toward the cost of the booked service if approved

The discovery process is designed to ensure that services offered by Rachel Lyn Holistic are an appropriate fit for the client’s needs. Rachel Lyn Holistic reserves the right to decline services if it is determined that the relationship is not a good fit.

Completion of the discovery process does not guarantee approval or acceptance as a client.

Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked through the website or an approved booking platform.

  • A valid credit card is required to book all appointments.

  • Payment for services is due according to the booking terms unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices, services, and availability are subject to change at any time.

4. Cancellation, No-Show & Payment Policy

  • A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. Cards are not charged until services are rendered, unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies.

  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 60% of the service fee.

  • Last-minute cancellations may be assessed on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Rachel Lyn Holistic.

Rachel Lyn Holistic reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered a reschedule or refund.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of holistic and personalized services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

Unused sessions from packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

Please note: Rachel Lyn Holistic does not accept insurance, but is happy to provide a receipt for HSA or insurance reimbursement purposes, upon request.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time to sessions

  • Providing accurate and honest information

  • Using discernment and personal responsibility in applying guidance shared during sessions

Results vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, session materials, resources, and digital products are the intellectual property of Rachel Lyn Holistic and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

Please note: electronic communication (email, virtual platforms) carries inherent privacy risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rachel Lyn Holistic shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, website content, or reliance on shared information.

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality

  • Copy or misuse content without permission

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

Rachel Lyn Holistic reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
